1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PulsarX website, gateway, or any associated scripts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. User Conduct & Restrictions
When using our services, you explicitly agree NOT to:
- Attempt to deobfuscate, reverse engineer, crack, or bypass our security measures or key system.
- Share, resell, or distribute your access keys to other individuals.
- Use our platform to distribute malware, engage in malicious activities, or harm other users.
- Exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities in our systems.
Violation of any of these rules will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our services without a refund.
3. Purchases and Refunds
All purchases of premium keys are processed through third-party merchants (such as SellAuth). By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
- All sales are final. Because our product is a digital access key, we do not offer refunds once the key has been delivered and activated.
- Attempting to chargeback or dispute a valid transaction will result in an automatic HWID ban and blacklisting from all our future products.
4. Hardware ID (HWID) System
PulsarX utilizes a Hardware ID system to lock your key to a specific device. HWID resets may be granted at the discretion of the administration team. Abusing the HWID reset system may result in suspension of your key.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our scripts will function uninterrupted, be error-free, or remain undetected indefinitely, as third-party platform updates are out of our control.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via our Discord server. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated terms.
